Team is gaining three Certified First Responders

Richland District CERT is proud to announce that it has 1 Nationally Registered First Responders on its team and will be adding three more shortly. This will enhance our medical capabilities on our team. We our hoping to have more trained in the coming months. I would like to give a personal thanks to Michael Mitchell for having the attitude to move forward from CERT certified to State and local certification as a First Responder. Also a special thanks to Gerald Black our one Certified First Responder already part of our team. Gerald is a volunteer firefighter that recently joined the team and he will be at the April 16, 2011 training class for CERT training.
